The Toyota Land Cruiser V8 is the flagship of our fleet and the vehicle for people who want the northern areas without compromise on comfort or capability. On the Kaghan road it is genuinely in its element.

The V8 engine means the Kiwai climb is simply not an event. Where smaller vehicles work at it, the Land Cruiser walks up. That surplus of capability is worth most in the conditions that trouble everything else: snow on the climb in January, mud after monsoon rain, or a full load of seven adults and luggage on a sustained gradient.

Inside it is the most comfortable way to spend six hours getting to Shogran. Leather, a properly quiet cabin, excellent climate control and suspension that flattens the rough river road between Balakot and Kiwai. For older passengers or anyone who finds long drives difficult, this is the vehicle that makes the trip viable.

It is also the right choice for the long runs. Naran, Lake Saif-ul-Malook, and Babusar Top in the July to September window are all comfortably within its range, and it handles the high, exposed sections above Naran without concern.

The Land Cruiser will do the Siri Paye track. Whether you want to is a separate question, and we will give you an honest read on conditions rather than a sales answer. Many clients take a local jeep for that hour and keep the Land Cruiser for the road.
